2.1 General Visitors

When you browse gettinthr.com we may process limited technical information including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, solely to support correct functionality, reliability, and troubleshooting. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

2.2 Location Information

The app may collect precise location data from your device when permission is granted. This data is used to calculate routes and provide transport functionality. Location data is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated tracking.

2.3 Agent Subscribers

When a real estate agent subscribes to the gettinthr widget service, we collect and store the following information:

• Email address — used to manage your subscription and send your widget embed codes
• Business name — used to identify your account
• Website domain — used to authorise and lock each widget to your site
• Widget configuration — the suburb, city, and theme selected for each widget
• Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — used to manage your recurring subscription and process cancellations

We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance.

3. How We Use Agent Data

We use agent subscriber data only to:

• Provision and deliver the widget service you have subscribed to
• Send your widget embed codes and subscription confirmations by email
• Manage subscription renewals and cancellations via Stripe
• Enforce domain-locking so widgets only load on your registered website
• Disable widgets when a subscription lapses or is cancelled

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Agent data is shared only with the following essential service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Supabase — secure database storage for widget and agent records

5. Data Retention

Agent account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@gettinthr.com.

6. Your Rights

7. User Controls

General visitors can grant, deny, or revoke app permissions at any time through their device settings. Agent subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time via Stripe, which will deactivate all associated widgets.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), token-based widget authentication, and domain-locked widget delivery. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13.
